A national UCU demonstration will take place in Leicester on Wednesday 12 November. This will raise the profile of our action greatly, as many UCU members from HE institutions around the country will come to join us. We will assemble between 11.00am and 12.00pm at De Montfort Square on New Walk, before marching to Victoria Park for a rally. We’ll have a number of speakers including representatives from the Universities of Nottingham and Derby.
This will be a great chance to show our national support and boost our spirits – we encourage all supporters to attend to demonstrate solidarity with our cause.
